Community Groups are one of the primary avenues in which we experience community. This is where we can really share life together, centered on the Word, and living out our mission.  Please feel free to contact us with any interest or questions you have concerning the Community Groups listed below.

Bluff Park
Who: Anyone and Everyone (childcare on-site, parent’s pay).
What: We have snacks, discuss the sermon preached that Sunday, share struggles and victories of our lives and pray for one another.
When: 1st and 3rd Sundays at 4:30pm.

Ross Bridge
Who: Couples (couples with children find their own childcare).
What: We share a meal together as we fellowship and then spend time studying and discussing God’s Word. We also like to get together outside of small group and just hang out.  We have a lot of fun together!
When: 1st and 3rd Sundays, 5:30pm-7:30pm at Lance & Lee Kate’s house.

Thursday Group
Who: Anyone and everyone!
What: We share a meal together as we fellowship and then spend time studying and discussing God’s Word.
When: Thursdays, 6:30pm-8:00pm.
Where: We meet in the youth loft at SVCC.

What is Good
Who: Anyone and everyone!
What: We study Scripture, research community transformation, and plan/implement community initiatives that enable us to show gospel love and speak gospel truth in West Homewood. Check out two initiatives we are involved with at westhomewood.com
When: Every other Tuesday night, 6:30pm-7:30pm.
Where: We meet at SVCC.
